“Your own words are the bricks and mortar of the dreams you want to realize. Your words are the greatest power you have. The words you choose and their use establish the life you experience.” – Sonia Choquette
What words have you recently used that are empowering the moments that you are now experiencing? Pretty deep question for a Monday yet necessary to motivate the change in your environment that you desire to experience. The words we use daily assist in creating the world that we experience daily. Our words hold the power to create and what we choose to create holds the power to make change. Everyday brings the ability to recreate what we currently see and experience.
Sounds unreal? Consider how many times a highly regarded public figure’s world changes when they are exposed to the public by the media for saying less than kind words or when others mention that they have displayed less than appropriate acts… supporters flee, relations are questioned and endorsement deals disappear. All from words spoken in a moment.
The words we choose to use to express what we say about ourselves, others, our lives and the lives of others have power. It really does make sense to think about what we want to say before we say it and to go even further in making a habit of positive thinking to create positive speaking. Moments we experience in life can not be reversed. It is the same in what we say. The power of a word must go forth and complete its cycle of purpose. Today you may be negatively experiencing a result of a negative word uttered by you or someone in your world. However there is this moment where you can speak positively over you and your experience and create the change that you seek. No matter where you may be in your journey, the power of change lies within your words that power your experience.
How are you framing your experience? What words have laid the foundation for the current moment? Affirm for yourself today! Greatness lives within me and therefore I create greatness. I am a creator of a positive environment. My words are powerful and everyday I choose to create positive and wonderful experiences for myself and those that I encounter. There is no weapon formed against me that shall prosper.
